Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs: We ship our golf jewelry to most parts of the world with reputable companies such as FedEx, DHL, MRW and UPS.

• Spain: Free shipping on orders over €95. For orders under €95, the cost is €5.
• Rest of Europe (except Switzerland and Türkiye): €15 for up to 3 units; for more units, check the price in the shopping cart.
• Swiss: €15 for 1 or 2 units; €20 for 3 or 4 units; €30 for 5 units or more.
• USA, Central America, Canada and Türkiye: €40 for 1 or 2 units; €60 for 3 or 4 units; €80 for 5 units or more.
• Russia, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong: 50€.

Note: We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

In case of return, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Delivery time: Delivery time depends on the shipping area.

• Peninsula: Between 2 and 5 working days, except during exceptional periods such as Easter, Christmas, sales and public holidays.
• Rest of the world: Between 2 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times may be affected by issues with the carrier and by delivery difficulties.

Transport: Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday, always confirming the address with the customer. In case of damage due to transport, the customer must note it on the carrier's delivery note. Claims will not be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt. Upon delivery, the customer will receive the corresponding delivery note.

At JS Swing Line, we guarantee our customers the possibility of cancelling their order at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier.

In accordance with Article 44 of the Retail Trade Act, the buyer may return the goods within 14 business days of receiving them. The order amount will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

Returns must be made in the original packaging and include the return form along with the delivery note. Return shipping address:

Order cancellations and returns will not be accepted outside of the stated deadlines.

Size exchanges are free for orders of Spain. For Europe, The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, while JS Swing Line will cover the shipping costs for the new size. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For exchanges and returns outside of Europe, Contact us for any necessary customs information.

The return will not incur any penalty, but the customer will be responsible for the direct cost of the return shipping. The refund will be issued once the package arrives at our warehouse and the returned product has been verified.

The costs of exchanges and returns on products of Outlet Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Surprise products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

If a product other than the one ordered is delivered by mistake, it will be collected and the correct product delivered at no additional cost to the buyer.
