PRODUCT AND PRICE
All JS Swing Line jewelry is handmade using 925 sterling silver, and each piece comes with its certificate of authenticity and guarantee. Due to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry, the piece you receive may have slight variations in shape or color compared to the product image, although it will maintain the same design.
The price of the products shown on our website will be the price in effect at the time of purchase. Prices include VAT, but not shipping costs, which will be calculated according to the purchase conditions.
Any changes in prices will not affect purchases already made and confirmed, even if the product has not yet been received by the user at the time of the modification.
PAY
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Card details are used exclusively to process the purchase and prevent fraud, and are never stored by JS Swing Line.
If you request customization or modification of a product purchased on our website, the final price may vary and the product will not be shipped until the difference has been paid.
If a product cannot be delivered due to lack of stock or any other reason, JS Swing Line will contact you to offer alternatives. If you are not satisfied with the proposed options, you will receive a full refund.
JS Swing Line reserves the right to cancel any order.

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates for products in stock. If the product requires customization or is unavailable, delivery times may vary, and you will be informed of the new delivery times. If you do not accept the new delivery times, you will receive a full refund.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or greater value than the original.
No returns will be accepted for personalized or custom-made items.
Returned items must be in perfect condition and retain their original packaging, warranties, and labels.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, even if it's an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, or for a different product. JS Swing Line will only cover these costs in the case of an order error or manufacturing defect.
No in-store refunds will be issued for products purchased online. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, once the items have been verified to be in perfect condition.
